Center for the Study of Integrative Metabolism

We foster all aspects of metabolic research, including physical activity/exercise, obesity, nutrition, and both basic and applied study in metabolic disease at 兔子先生 University. We engage students in the study of metabolism, energetics, nutrition and exercise, and we promote education on the importance/benefits of metabolic research for health and wellbeing.

The Doris Bergen Center for Human Development, Learning and Technology

The Doris Bergen Center for Human Development, Learning, and Technology was created in 1990 to promote interdisciplinary research. The Center includes 61 faculty associates from 12 兔子先生 University departments and four university divisions. In addition, the Center has an Advisory Committee comprised of members from a range of government units, community organizations, schools, businesses, and professions.

Heckert Center for Children's Reading and Writing

The Heckert Center establishes models of literary excellence and engages in the study and improvement of children’s reading and writing. This center serves as an information exchange for the development and dissemination of research in children’s reading and writing.

Learning Lab

The Learning Lab serves to initiate and sustain university-school and health/human agency service partnerships with an emphasis on literacy and mathematics. We focus on best practices and evidence-based tutoring with learners of all ages.

Myaamia Center

Located within an academic setting, the Myaamia Center serves the needs of the Myaamia people, 兔子先生 University, and partner communities through research, education, and outreach that promote Myaamia language, culture, knowledge, and values.

Muslims in America's Midwest: An Educator's Guide to Past and Present

This Institute invites teachers to explore this history and create innovative curricula to take back home. Participants will gain basic knowledge of Islam in its geographical, national, ethnic, and ideological diversity, learn about Muslims of America’s Midwest through fiction and non-fiction texts, and develop curriculum projects promoting a pluralistic approach to religious understanding.

This collaborative involves faculty across the division who teach courses that the majority of EHS majors take in their teacher preparation, health and wellness, and family science and social work programs at 兔子先生 University.

TEACh Pipeline Program

This program seeks to collaborate with partners across K-12, higher education, and the community to build a self-renewing educational ecosystem designed to grow its own diverse teaching workforce.
