EHS hosted a thought-provoking "Coffee and Conversation" event with author Sarah Stitzlein on Nov. 20. The discussion, inspired by her book , explored how educators can promote honesty in a world of conflicting facts and political distrust. Stitzlein emphasized that honesty is essential to democracy and shared insights on cultivating truth-seeking habits in schools to strengthen civic reasoning and democratic engagement.

A special thank you to Professor Kathleen Knight Abowitz for hosting the event and to everyone who attended and contributed to the conversation.
