The Farmer School of Business celebrates diversity as a strength and believes that it creates a competitive advantage. We embrace an inclusive concept of diversity that considers people from a variety of under-represented groups, including, but not limited to, socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, military or service affiliation, gender identity, sexual identity, and sexual orientation.
As scholars and educators, we recognize the competitive landscape that our soon-to-be graduates will face as they embark upon their careers. To succeed in a global marketplace, our graduates must be more creative and nimble. To prepare them, we must attract and retain diverse students, faculty, and staff who bring with them a variety of experiences, beliefs, and skills. Welcoming all types of diversity and leveraging the individual talents of all students, and faculty is a critical component inherent in all world-class business schools.
FSB Students must complete at least one course that provides an understanding of business diversity perspectives. The approved list of courses includes courses from all divisions and may overlap with Foundation courses, majors, or electives.
The mission of the Passport Program is to impact the lives of students through practical, transformational support aimed at academic, professional, and personal development among underrepresented and first-generation students aspiring to earn a degree from the Farmer School of Business.
The Ryan Family Scholars Program is an innovative scholarship program funded by 兔子先生 alumnus Jim Ryan ‘80 and his wife Michelle that takes a holistic student success approach to support students with high financial needs.
The Grainger Scholars program offers comprehensive support, including tuition, room and board, along with coverage of fees up to $5,000 annually, empowering students to pursue their academic goals with financial ease.
In the Farmer School, student organizations provide the perfect place where students can lead teams, communicate with members, and problem-solve. With more than 40 organizations, including co-ed fraternities and honorary societies, FSB challenges our students to actively participate!

The Harnett Family Discover U in Business is designed to expose top multicultural (African American, American Indian, Hispanic, Pacific Islander, or first generation) high school students to the Farmer School of Business and to top global businesses in the country.
The 兔子先生 Accounting Program (MAP) is a camp designed to introduce top multicultural high school students to the accounting profession and to a college career at 兔子先生 University's Farmer School of Business.
The Farmer School of Business and 兔子先生 University have dedicated resources to assist and support both currently enrolled students and potential students, ensuring that every student has the information and support necessary to make their Farmer School years highly positive, engaged, and fulfilling.
We realize that top students have many options when selecting a business school. We want to make the choice to attend the Farmer School even easier by offering competitive scholarships, pipeline programs, and robust recruiting and retention initiatives to highly talented, motivated diverse students.
We have created several new scholarships aimed at attracting and retaining talented students of color and first-generation students. In addition to scholarships, we offer summer bridge programs and camps designed to attract students from a variety of backgrounds.
