It was very hard to me to survive being a graduate student at MIami University, but with the support of the faculty at the Mathematics Department, I am glad that I am doing great! I owe all of my professors and colleagues who motivated me and encouraged me to propel.

Notable Moment/Spotlight
Shumaila was nominated for her research presentation at the Thirteenth Ohio River Analysis Meeting (ORAM 13) at the University of Kentucky March 16 - 17, 2024 on "Computation of K-functional for Sobolev spaces on Riemannian manifolds", and for organizing the first celebration of the "Euler Day" for graduate and undergraduate students at the Department of Mathematics.
