Howe Writing Across the Curriculum (HWAC) oversees approval of Advanced Writing (ADVW) courses. Our local advisory board also serves as the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Plan Writing Committee.

We are happy to guide you through the principles, best practices, requirements, and application process behind ADVW at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú.

If you plan to teach an ADVW course, or if your department would like to propose or revise an ADVW course or course sequence, consider joining our semester-long Faculty Writing Fellows Program.
