Andrew Mascari

Andrew Mascari is the Regional Director of Business and Administration and provides leadership and oversight for the support functions of Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Physical Facilities, and Safety and Security. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and is currently completing his master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of South Carolina.

Prior to serving at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University, he served as Associated Dean for Administration and Chief Administrative Officer with the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Art and Design located in Doha, Qatar.

Having served 28 years in higher education administration, both domestically and internationally, Andrew has built his career in finance and administration on a straightforward philosophy: As leaders, we need to be flexible for the betterment of our faculty and students, ensuring the organization’s financial stability through transparency, integrity, and shared governance, and make every decision work towards the betterment of the institution and the academic success of its students. This belief has allowed him to build strong collaborative relationships with university leaders and staff, achieve excellent financial and administrative problem-solving skills, and adopt a management style that listens to and believes every problem has a solution.
