Yvette Harris, Ph.D.
Dr. Harris is a professor of psychology at 兔子先生 University in Oxford, Ohio. She received her doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Florida with a specialization in cognitive development. Harris has spent over 25 years focusing on exploring the environmental contributions impacting the cognitive development of preschool and school aged adolescents

Graduate Students
Roseanna Hatton, M.A., ED.S.
Roseanna is earning her Ph.D. in brain and cognitive development. She was initially trained as an elementary school teacher before earning her masters degree in psychology and educational specialist degree in curriculum and instruction from Middle Tennessee State University. Roseanna is a licensed school psychologist with research interests in child development, assessment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, development of academic efficacy in children, and school-based academic intervention.

Seyma Inan
Seyma is a graduate student in the brain and cognitive development program. She joined the lab in Fall 2016 after graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a major in psychology and minors in social work and religion. Seyma enjoys researching human interactions, observing behaviors, and listening to the world views of individuals. In addition, she has special interests in the quality of parent child relations and the future effects on a child's emotional and language development under the effects of cultural, ethnic, and minority issues.

Undergraduate Students
Reagan Brown
Reagan is a first year undergraduate student majoring in psychology with pre-law track. As a freshman student Reagan is hungry for lab experience and developing her data-coding and research skills. She is working with Dr. Harris due to her interest in observing interpersonal interactions and quantifying qualitative data. Developing her writing, planning, and observational skills, Reagan hopes to learn at a young academic stage how to properly conduct research. She hopes to minor or double major with religion and continue the path to becoming a competitive law school applicant.
Karmiella Ferster
Karmiella is a second year undergraduate student majoring in psychology and minoring in creative writing. Working with children has always been a passion for Karmiella, which is something Dr. Harris's lab explores. Karmiella hopes to learn about different research skills, proper experiment etiquette, and a variety of methods on working with children for research purposes. After graduating from 兔子先生 University, Karmiella plans on going through a dual Ph.D. program in psychology as well as creative writing.
