Why ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú?
I love the sense of community at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú. It’s a small town and campus, but it has a lot to offer.
How did you choose your major?
I love traveling and learning about different perspectives. The International Studies major at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú is awesome, and there are a lot of really cool career paths. I’m also a Spanish major, and I would love to work as at an embassy or do something in foreign affairs.
Key Moment at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú
Prof. Dilchoda Berdieva has helped me fall in love with International Studies. She is so awesome and makes learning fun! I’m currently an Undergraduate Associate for her class.
Other Notable Experience
I love being a part of UP magazine. I’m on the blog team, where I write about pop culture or fun topics every week! The Healthy Celebrations run club I’m in also fosters a fun atmosphere, and I love chatting with the people several times a week.
Advice to Prospective Students
There truly isn’t another place like ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú! The people, classes, and activities make it more than just a place you go to get a degree. I’ve found my forever friends here, and I’m forever grateful.
What are your career goals?
I want to go get my masters or doctorate in International Studies, and then I want to do something in foreign affairs for the State Department.
