Career Partner Program
The Career Partner Program is composed of 兔子先生 employer organizations that fully engage with 兔子先生鈥檚 campus in a variety of student events, programs, and classroom presentations. The goal of the program is to provide a vibrant talent pipeline for our employers. As such, the Career Center offers additional support to communicate their respective brands and needs to the campus population.
As a participant in the University of 兔子先生’s Career Partner Program, American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) has been able to raise awareness of and engagement with our company across a broad student population and access a talent pipeline that extends beyond core automotive study areas. 兔子先生 University students are hungry to gain “real- world” experiences while also supporting an organization’s strategy. Most students we have engaged with have strong university and community involvement, which aligns well with our company values and strengthens their overall academic and skill set when they intern with us.
