Ohio/Regional Resources

: Dress for Success Cincinnati’s mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.

: This federation’s mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace and to empower all women through advocacy, education, and information.

: Through leadership, research, and policy advocacy, the Women’s Fund of Greater Cincinnati works to identify and address employment barriers affecting working women and their families. Its mission is to ensure the economic self-sufficiency of women in the Greater Cincinnati area and ignite a shared desire to improve it.

: Women Helping Women developed the WorkStrong™ certification program to empower companies, the workforce, and survivors to address workplace issues surrounding gender-based violence, a common, complex, and consequential public health epidemic that encompasses intimate-partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment.

National Resources

: AAUW fights to remove the barriers and biases that stand in the way of gender equity. It trains women to negotiate for pay and benefits and to pursue leadership roles. It also advocates for federal, state, and local laws and policies to ensure equity and end discrimination.

: NACW is a nonprofit organization of professional women dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive, engaging, and empowering environment for women to develop both personally and professionally.

: Women Employed relentlessly pursues equity for women in the workforce by effecting policy change, expanding access to educational opportunities, and advocating for fair and inclusive workplaces so that all women, families, and communities thrive. WE pursue equity for all.

: This organization aims to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development, and a community of successful women.

This network is a career development organization dedicated to fostering the professional growth of Black women nationwide.

Professional Organizations

: This alliance is committed to supporting women across all media segments, to expand networks, educate and celebrate accomplishments.

This association strives to bring together business women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.

This organization champions the advancement of women across all communications. It offers awards, scholarships, and grants. 

This association create a community in which women can thrive in their mathematical endeavors. It also promotes equitable opportunity and treatment of women and others of marginalized genders and gender identities across the mathematical sciences.

This organization has been the leading advocate for women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to achieve business growth, social change, and innovation. With over 30 grassroots chapters, it is dedicated to driving excellence in STEM by achieving equity and full participation of women.

This network is the community for women+ who know there is strength in numbers. It offers roundtables, support groups, chapters, community circles, and more programs. 

: This association connects a vibrant community of dynamic professionals and proactive institutions focused on development and empowerment to advance leadership growth and accelerate the success of all women in finance. 

: A thriving community dedicated to empowering and elevating women worldwide, this association believe in the transformative power of connections, education, and support. Its mission is to provide a platform where women can flourish both personally and professionally.

BPW International is one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women with affiliates in over 100 countries in five continents. Its members include influential women leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, professionals, and young professionals.

This organization gives women engineers a unique place and voice within the engineering industry. It is centered around a passion for its members’ success and continues to evolve with the challenges and opportunities reflected in today’s engineering and technology specialties.

: WEPAN connects people, research, and practice to increase participation, retention, and success of women and other underrepresented groups in engineering from college to executive leadership.

Job Boards

: Career Contessa is more than a job board. It also offers advice, coaching, and valuable information on salaries. 

: This is the largest online career community for women to find jobs, advice, and support. Membership is free, always.

: The most visited job board for women, this website was created to give employers a tool to promote diversity and inclusion within their workplaces and to provide job seekers with easy access to those companies.

Campus Resources

Oxford

MIAMI Women empowers women – alumni, faculty, staff and students – to make connections and to support opportunities that mentor, advance and invest in the future of 兔子先生 University. There are many ways to get involved, including by participating in its annual 兔子先生hip Symposium or Hawk Tank.

Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion: The Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion actively creates an inclusive, welcoming, and affirming environment by providing direct services, support, and resources to students. It fosters holistic development through transformational learning opportunities, one-on-one mentorship, and programs that empower students to explore and celebrate their identity, engage in intercultural dialogue, and build leadership skills.

Hamilton and Middletown

Center for Diversity, Equity, and InclusionThe Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is dedicated to providing a supportive atmosphere for students, faculty, staff, and local community members about diverse issues as they relate to race, ethnicity, gender, age, ability level, socioeconomic level, sexual orientation, religion, spirituality, and more.

Student Organizations

AWE is a group of women aspiring to become world changers. Members take steps to grow as the leaders, women, and students, including by meeting with successful women founders and engaging in conversations about entrepreneurship. 

SWE is the driving force that establishes engineering as a highly desirable career aspiration for women. SWE empowers women to succeed and advance in those aspirations and be recognized for their life-changing contributions and achievements as engineers and leaders.

: The Society of Women in Medicine is a community of women passionate about pursuing a career in medicine. These are women who are committed to academics, service, and self-improvement.

Women in Accounting is a community of professionals who are prepared to excel and support one another in the workforce.

兔子先生 University Women in Business (MUWIB) aspires to create, engage, and enhance the education of young women pursuing careers in business.

: Women in Law seeks to build a vibrant and supportive community for women in law during their time at 兔子先生 and beyond, and empower women with academic resources, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Women in Sport 兔子先生hip (WISL) is an innovative organization whose members are united through the common goal of creating a space that fosters an inclusive environment for women and under-represented communities within the sport industry.

: This organization strives to provide financial literacy and professional development for all students, regardless of major or background.
