To assist our students in making informed decisions about academic programs and majors and to comply with Higher Learning Commission accreditation criteria, 兔子先生 gathers and reviews learning outcomes for each academic program each academic year.

Accountancy

  1. Technical accounting topics: Knowledge of standards and processes needed to perform tasks and make judgments within specific accounting domains (e.g., financial, managerial, auditing, tax, systems, and ethics).
  2. Data analytics: Knowledge and skills regarding how modeling and big data sets can be used to improve decision-making.
  3. Holistic business understanding: Integrative industry and business perspectives (vs. siloed business functions such as finance or marketing.
  4. Research skills: Ability to recognize the need to use research tools and sources, as well to apply such insights gained to business problems.
  5. Unstructured business problems: Ability to understand and solve business problems that are presented in an unstructured or ambiguous fashion (versus rote knowledge of technical standards).

  1. Cybersecurity management knowledge: Understand cybersecurity management fundamentals across several domains including accounting information systems, networking and security threats, IT governance, cyber risk management, and audits. 
  2. Cybersecurity technologies knowledge: Examine technologies in the cybersecurity space and the business use cases of these technologies.

  1. Transactions technical knowledge: Examine corporate transaction basics through a multi-disciplinary lens incorporating accounting, finance, tax, business law, valuation, and due diligence.

Master's in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Technology 
  1. Develop a feasible model for an emerging media startup grounded in UX research and supported with a digital marketing plan.
  2. Create a digital prototype of an emerging media product or platform and validate the prototype.
  3. Apply a depth of practical methods in the management of an emerging media organization. Specifically, a depth in building a tech startup, programming, design, or tournament organization.
  4. Implement emerging media best practices in a practical experience with an organization that leverages emerging technology to meet actual business needs.

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the role of entrepreneurship (startup, corporate and social) in the contemporary global business environment.
  2. Identify, analyze, and evaluate viable entrepreneurial opportunities that create economic and social value in an ethical manner.
