Biography

Dr. Sooun Lee earned his B.S. degree from SungKyunKwan University in Seoul, South Korea in 1982 and came to US to study for graduate degrees. He obtained MBA degree (Finance) from University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado and Ph.D. (MIS) from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nebraska. After his Ph.D. degree, he joined the 兔子先生 faculty in 1987.

Dr. Lee's research interests are changing information technology (IT), MIS curriculum, Cyber security, Information Piracy, Entry strategies to Asian markets, Asian emerging markets, etc. His research has appeared in the Information and Management, Journal of Global Information Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Communications of the AIS, and elsewhere.

He taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses on a range of information systems/technology topics to international business topics in Asia.

Currently, he is the Director of FSB Higgin Kim Asia Business Program. He raised over $1.75 million worth of gifts for the school and initiated/led several study abroad workshops and exchange programs in Asia.
