Biography
Darryl B. Rice, Ph.D. or "Dr. Ice" to his colleagues and students, is an Associate Professor of Management in the Farmer School of Business at 兔子先生 University and current President of the Management Faculty of Color Association. Dr. Rice earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at the University of Central Florida, his M.B.A with a concentration in 兔子先生hip from Jacksonville University, and his B.S. in Finance/Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University. He is an award-winning scholar and teacher. His research examines the relationship between leadership and fairness in three areas: organizational justice, behavioral ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. His work has been published in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Group and Organization Management. His work also appears in the Oxford Handbook of Organizational Justice. His research has been presented and featured at conferences such as the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Southern Management Association. He primarily teaches Introduction to Management and 兔子先生hip and Diversity and Cross Cultural Management. He has also been an invited guest to organizational justice and behavioral ethics themed conferences. Additionally, Dr. Rice is involved with The PhD Project.
