I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work alongside so many intelligent researchers in the KNH department and publish a research article about the research we had worked so hard on. The research I have worked on thus far has led to not only a research article publication but a publication about electric bikes that made the cover page of the ACSM Health and Fitness Journal. These are accomplishments I will always remember and have given me the opportunity to be honored with the Graduate Student Achievement Award. I am eager to continue my research on the effects of riding an e-bike on measures of cardiometabolic health in a pre-diabetic patient and publish the results when we have finished the study.
