Self Disclosure Dietary Needs Form
If you have dining accommodation needs that exceed the offerings list, please fill out the . Once submitted, our Registered Dietitian will contact you for further discussion regarding your dining accommodation needs. Summer program participants should submit their self-disclosure dietary request form at least two weeks prior to the start date of the program in which they are attending.
Please understand that there may be a considerable time commitment involved in working out the details of your dining accommodation needs. Planning ahead and communicating with 兔子先生 Dining is essential.

兔子先生 Dining is committed to providing our patrons with an exceptional on-campus dining experience that takes into consideration student dietary needs, lifestyle choices, cultural backgrounds, and religious affiliations. We offer dining assistance to 兔子先生 University students, summer program participants, and visitors/guests. Our goal is to provide the same level of assistance for campus visitors and summer program participants as we do for our full-time students.
We offer a variety of options for students and guests in each dining location. Our menus are designed to include those who avoid gluten and nuts, as well as those who follow a vegan and vegetarian diet. It is important to note that all dining commons areas are nut-friendly, ensuring that you can enjoy your favorite offerings without any concerns. Below is what we provide every day on campus.
Allergen Identifications
We serve vegan entrées during each meal period. Our vegan icon indicates the menu item contains no animal-based ingredients or by-products (no eggs, dairy, or honey)
Vegetarian entrées and sides are available daily in all of our dining commons. Our vegetarian icon indicates the menu item contains no meat, poultry, fish, or seafood but may contain eggs or dairy.
With high protein becoming a leading dietary preference, our PR icon indicates food items that contain at least seven grams of protein per serving to assist in creating a well balanced diet.
Carbon neutrality is on the rise and for those that are carbon mindful, be on the lookout for our Climate Friendly icon. This icon indicates recipes with low greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) that have agricultural and ingredient processing impacts that are lower than 70% of all products assessed by HowGood.
Allergen-Friendly Dining Options
This à la carte restaurant is all about making sure everyone can enjoy a worry-free meal by crafting delicious dishes without the top nine allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. This is also the ideal station to avoid gluten. At Delicious Without at Haines, you will find a diverse array of nutritious and flavorful options that undergo monthly testing to ensure a worry-free dining experience.

We do not have dedicated Halal facilities on our campus. We can however provide Halal-friendly foods embracing the basic principles of Halal, including Halal meats, no pork, and no alcohol. Our convenience markets carry a limited supply of Halal foods which you can purchase with your meal plan to supplement your daily food needs.
We do not have dedicated Kosher food preparation facilities on our campus. We can however purchase Kosher foods and sell them from our convenience markets.
Changes have been implemented in response to valuable student feedback regarding gluten and allergen dining during the fall semester.
The gluten avoidance icon (AG) has been removed from our signage to make it clear that foods being prepared in our commercial kitchens may come in contact with gluten.
Students needing to avoid gluten should visit one of the three Delicious Without (DWO) locations in Maplestreet Dining Commons, Western Dining Commons, or Armstrong Student Center, where all food avoids the top nine allergens and gluten.
At Delicious Without, we have enhanced cleaning protocols to remove any elements of gluten on dining prep, cook, and service surfaces. Additionally we have recently implemented gluten identification tests daily in preparation areas, and are using dedicated purple smallwares to prevent cross-contamination.
Pre-packaged gluten-free bread, buns, and pasta are now available upon request at all stations and retail operations, with dedicated shelf space for many prepackaged gluten-free items at Market Street at MacCracken. Highly visible gluten-free signage has been installed to identify these areas. Red Plate Foods products, that are pre-packed and free from the top nine allergens and gluten are available upon request in our dining commons.
All dining employees receive allergen education and training, with DWO staff receiving additional training on the top nine allergens. Please reach out if you have any questions in navigating through the menu offerings.
Our dietitians are conducting walkthroughs, having conversations with students, and providing personal contact information for ongoing assistance. Please contact a dietitian to make arrangements.
Students with allergens are encouraged to register through the Miller Center to facilitate special arrangements for meals and specific food requests in dining and retail locations. It is imperative to register so we can accommodate your specific dietary needs.
Regular feedback sessions, daily operational audits, and weekly discussions with staff help ensure that student concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
