Rule 3.04: Americans with Disabilities Act

Policy

ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University does not discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability because of the disability with regard to job application, hiring or discharge of employees, employee compensation, job training, or other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.

A qualified individual with a disability is one who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions of the employment position that such individual holds or desires.

A disabled employee or potential employee who requests reasonable accommodation shall identify the specific job requirement that he or she believes should be modified through reasonable accommodation.

ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University will provide necessary reasonable accommodation if it can do so without undue hardship on the operation of ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University.
