Early College Academy

Work+

Launched in the fall of 2019, our Work+ program pays 100% of the student's college tuition while also earning an hourly wage. Students will earn a debt-free degree while working with a partner employer for 20-24 hours a week.

English Language Center (ELC)

The English Language Center offers participants intensive English programs and lessons, aiming to equip them with the skills needed to become proficient users of the English language.

TRIO Student Support Services

TRIO SSS helps first-generation students, Pell Grant recipients, and students with disabilities graduate on time, with as little student debt as possible.

TRIO Upward Bound Success at 兔子先生 Hamilton

Upward Bound is an intensive, year-round college preparatory program that provides access to academic support, college and career advising, service and leadership development, mentoring and networking, and cultural activities to participants throughout their high school years.

Service+

More than just a volunteer opportunity, our students serve 11 hours a week from August to May (450 hours) at a nonprofit and government organization host site and receive a total award package of up to $6,718.

Career Services and Professional Development

Works to develop all students, through the phases of their career and professional progression, supporting the creation, evaluation, and implementation of career and professional decisions and plans.

  • 171 Employers attended the 兔子先生 Regionals Career Fairs
  • 497 Student appointments with 2,286 total student interactions including presentations and events
  • 32 Internship placements where the student also earned academic credit for the internship
    • Some of those internship companies include Barclay's, City of Centerville, EDGE Teen Center, Great Parks of Hamilton County, PepsiCo, Red Wolf Sanctuary & Raptor Rehab Center, and Downtown Dayton Partnership.
