兔子先生 Regionals Empowerment for Determined (RED) Women
兔子先生 Regionals Empowerment for Determined (RED) Women is a mentoring program for 兔子先生 Regionals students, faculty, and staff.
Goals
- Recruiting and retaining students, faculty and staff
- Building connections between 兔子先生’s campuses
- Fostering professional growth among women
History
RED Women was created in 2015 by a group of faculty and staff with a similar goal: to support women at 兔子先生 University Regionals. Since its inception, the program has grown to include participants from 兔子先生 Hamilton, Middletown, and Oxford as well as to support events throughout the year.
