Event Locations

NOTE: Student organizations must reserve on-campus and off-campus locations AND submit event requests through the  - these are two separate steps that MUST be followed to host an event on-campus and off-campus.

兔子先生 University and the surrounding cities offer a range of locations for various events sponsored by student organizations. When submitting an event request through the , student organizations can also upload flyers to advertise their event on the Hub's calendar. Events that may require insurance will be reviewed by the University's Business Services staff - they will determine if the event will have coverage through the University's blanket policy or will need separate/additional coverage (a comment will be posted in the regarding insurance coverage during the event approval process).

On-Campus Locations

Indoor Locations

  • Table Reservations
    •  Indoor table reservations are available for student organizations and university departments. Table Reservation requests are made through a web-based request system. It is suggested that all requests are made 21 days prior to the event due to scheduling conflicts.
    • The Middletown student organization tabling location isin the Johnston Hall main hallway on the first floor, near Hawk Haven.
    • The Hamilton student organization tabling location is in the Schwarm Commons near the Harrier's Nest. 

Outdoor Locations

NOTE: Due to PFD staffing, the availability of outdoor spaces may be limited.

Quad Space - Hamilton

The Hamilton Quad is defined as the grassy center area of the Hamilton campus bordered by sidewalks on all sides. This area may be utilized for events and displays.

 

Triangle Space - Middletown 

The Middletown Triangle is defined as the grassy triangle area of the Middletown campus outside of the west Johnston Hall entrance.  It is bordered on the west by Johnston Hall's Miriam G. Knoll Community Center and on two sides by the drives leading from Breiel Blvd and North University Blvd. This area may be utilized for events and displays.

Quad Space - Middletown

The Middletown Quad is defined as the grassy area bordered by the following buildings Levey, Thesken, Johnston, and Gardner-Harvey.  This area may be utilized for events and displays.

Off-Campus Locations

Student organizations must be registered on the Hub to sponsor an off-campus event. Off-campus events are coordinated through the visitor’s bureau of that respective city. Be sure to submit off-campus events through the for final approval.
