Assigned Research Appointments

The Assigned Research Appointment provides for disciplinary and pedagogical research by releasing the faculty member from teaching for one semester.

Faculty Improvement Leaves

Faculty improvement Leaves provide release from teaching duties and other University assignments, either full compensation during one semester or two-thirds compensation during two semesters, continuation of University-provided insurance benefits and fee waiver, and eligibility for salary increment and promotion.
