Are there any course restrictions?
Some courses are only open to specific majors at 兔子先生 University and are not able to be taken by non-degree students. Course restrictions and prerequisites can be found on the by clicking on "show details" under the course name.
How does a non-degree seeking student apply to the 兔子先生 University Luxembourg campus?
Non-degree admission for the 兔子先生 University Dolibois European Center (MUDEC) in Luxembourg is only available for students attending the core MUDEC program for full semesters in the fall and spring. Non-degree seeking students will apply to the program through MUDEC before completing a non-degree application. More information about this program as well as the MUDEC application can be found on the MUDEC website.
The deadline to apply to the MUDEC program is May 1 for the spring semester and December 1 for the fall semester.
Students interested in the Student Teaching and Luxembourg Digital Innovation fall and spring programs, as well as the summer and winter workshops, will want to connect with the Oxford MUDEC Office at Luxembourg@兔子先生OH.edu for more information on how to apply.
If a course has a prerequisite, how can I take the course?
If a course you are trying to register for requires a prerequisite course, you will need to contact the academic department before you can enroll in the course.
How long will it take to receive an admission decision?
Once an application is complete, and we have received all admission materials, it may take 3-5 days to receive an admission decision.
How can I submit a transcript if I have no grades?
Students in their first term of college can submit a mid-term report showing their current grades. The mid-term report can be emailed to nondegree@兔子先生OH.edu or uploaded to the application.
Can I live on campus?
In order to live in university housing, students must register for at least 9 credit hours and be an Oxford campus student. Students who wish to live on campus will need to submit the $330 housing deposit and complete the Housing and Meal Plan Contract.
If I want to pursue a degree at 兔子先生 University, do I need to reapply?
Yes. You would need to apply to 兔子先生 University as a transfer student in order to seek a degree. More information about the transfer process can be found on the Transfer Student page. I attend an institution outside of the United States. Can I apply as a non-degree seeking student to the 兔子先生 University Luxembourg campus?
In order to be eligible for admission to the 兔子先生 University Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg, students must be enrolled full-time at an institution in the United States. Students enrolled in institutions outside of the United States are not eligible.
How long can I attend 兔子先生 as a non-degree student?
A non-degree student is one who is not seeking a degree at 兔子先生 University. While attending 兔子先生, non-degree students are subject to all rules, regulations, and fees governing degree-seeking students. The admission of qualified non-degree students will depend on the availability of facilities in any given semester or term. As a 兔子先生 employee who would like to take classes, which application do I complete?
If you are a 兔子先生 University employee and do not intend to pursue a degree, but would like to take courses as a non-degree student, please complete the unclassified application.
How do I audit a course if I am not a student at 兔子先生?
If you are not a 兔子先生 student but wish to audit a course, you will need to apply to 兔子先生 as a non-degree seeking student. Courses may be audited without credit with the consent of the instructor and will not be counted under any rules establishing maximum registration or enrollment status. If you receive approval to audit a course, the instructor may email the Office of the University Registrar at registrar@兔子先生OH.edu.
The requirements for auditing a course are established by the instructor and may include active participation by the student. Any instructor may drop an auditing student at any time during the semester if the student is not fulfilling the audit requirements. Full fees are assessed for auditing a course. A course can be changed from credit to audit or audit to credit during the first 60 percent of the course (see the academic calendar).
