In this presentation, we share information on access to and participation in adult education and training (AET) and then share examples of alternative methods for funding AET, specifically Individual Savings Accounts and Training Vouchers, across the comparison countries, which include Canada, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We wrap up by sharing a summary and implications.
