Admission to LSAMP
Eligibility
To be eligible for the LSAMP program, students must be:
- confirmed as a 兔子先生 University student or in good standing with the university
- citizens or permanent residents of the United States or its possessions
- working on undergraduate majors in approved STEM disciplines
- African-American, Alaskan Native, American Indian, Hispanic American, Native Hawaiian, Native Pacific Islander, or a mixed ethnicity including one or more of these
To remain eligible after the first year, students must maintain a 2.8 grade point average or above.
