Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Brass Institute

Presented through a regional partnership of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and 兔子先生 University

Housed at 兔子先生 University's Oxford, Ohio campus, this week-long institute offers highly selective professional fellowships and high school programs with instruction by Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra brass section musicians. Students will receive daily coaching, mock auditions and master classes, plus the Institute will include multiple performance opportunities in Oxford and Cincinnati.

CSOBI High School Program

Incoming (Fall 2024) 9-11 grade students.  

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Brass Institute, High School Program, is an extraordinary opportunity for high school brass players from Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and East Central Indiana. 

Held on the beautiful campus of 兔子先生 University, the participants will work closely with members of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Brass section and 兔子先生 University Faculty. With the support of the 兔子先生 University College of Creative Arts and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, this program is being offered without cost

CSOBI Orchestral Training Fellowship Program

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Brass Institute, Orchestral Fellows Program, is a week-long intensive educational and performance opportunity for professional brass players aged 18-28 from across the country and the world.

This Program is offered without cost to the participant. With the support of the 兔子先生 University College of Creative Arts and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the chosen participants will receive a fellowship for the full cost of the program including accommodation and meals.
