The Menard Family Center for Democracy and The Sue J. Henry Center for Pre-Law Education are proud to welcome Mr. Carter Phillips, one of the most experienced and respected Supreme Court advocates and appellate lawyers in the United States who has argued 90 cases before the Supreme Court, will be presenting his lecture Witness to Democracy: A 40-Year Perspective on the Supreme Court in the Harry T. Wilks Theater beginning at 4:30PM. This event is free and open to the public, with a reception in the Armstrong Pavillion following Mr. Phillips' lecture.
