Honor Code
Farmer School of Business Honor Code Pledge:
"I agree to uphold and model the FSB values of integrity, respect, and responsibility."
Respect
We value the dignity of other persons, the rights and property of others, and the right of others to hold and express disparate beliefs. We treat others with fairness, tolerance, and forthrightness in our intellectual, professional, and personal dealings.
Responsibility
We value freedom of inquiry that is the heart of life-long learning and combine that freedom with the exercise of judgment and the acceptance of personal accountability. We hold ourselves and others to high standards of professional and ethical conduct. We strive for excellence in all we do, are self-disciplined, and are accountable for our words, actions, and attitudes.
These core values form the foundation of our Farmer School community and culture and all community members, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni share the responsibility of adhering to these values and protecting and promoting this climate of trust. Community members are assumed to uphold these values, understand the importance of these values, and carry these values forward throughout their professional lives.
This Honor Code applies to Farmer School students in their academic pursuits, including coursework both inside and outside the Farmer School, internships, co-op programs, co-curricular activities, community service, and domestic and overseas academic travel. Each member of the Farmer School of Business community is responsible for respecting the student honor code.
