Brewing Industry Field Study
The is a winter term program designed for Supply Chain & Operations Management students. Students take MGT 490, a special topics course, that introduces them to the processes and relationships involved with the rapidly evolving U.S. brewing industry. The program visits over 40 breweries, hop farms, yeast labs, packaging and equipment manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and industry groups on a cross-country tour of industry hot spots in Ohio, Colorado, and North Carolina.
