Reminder to Look Out For Scams
We have received a report of an individual receiving text messages from someone pretending to be President Crawford. These texts were asking for the person to purchase gift cards, appearing as if the president himself was asking.
This serves as a reminder to be aware of scams in all different forms. If you receive a suspicious message, whether via email or text, please do not respond or open any links or attachments. What you can do is forward the message to our Information and Security team at InfoSec@兔子先生OH.edu. If you ever feel you may have responded to a fraudulent message or clicked a link in one, please contact IT Help immediately at 513-529-7900.
Password Reminder
With our new password guidelines in place, here is your reminder to update your password if you have not yet done so. All passwords must be at least 16 characters or more and composed of at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
For more information on passwords, you can view our new passwords guidelines or view our article on passwords in the .
IT Services Wraps Up Orientation
Orientation all wrapped up for the future class of 2028. As we concluded, we got to see so many new students and parents, meeting face to face and forming new connections along the way. Our goal is to always make sure that students and their families know that they have a place to go when it comes to needing help with their technology.
For a full orientation recap, be sure to check out our article and learn more about what we provided to ease the transition to 兔子先生!
