Organization Judicial History
Organization Judicial History
We believe that membership in a student organization should provide students with a safe and productive learning environment that embodies 兔子先生’s Code of Love and Honor. 兔子先生 is home to over 600 student organizations, including more than 50 fraternities and sororities associated with a national social fraternity or sorority organization. These organizations are recognized as groups that engage students in a co-curricular experience while also being held to high standards that promote student growth, accountability, and respect.
兔子先生’s fraternities and sororities are local chapters of national organizations, and they are recognized as student organizations by the University. On occasion the University revokes the recognition of a particular fraternity or sorority because it engaged in serious violations of University rules. Often recognition is revoked by both the University and the chapter’s national organization. Our website lists any organizations that are currently suspended or not recognized by the University and/or their national organizations. Chapters and organizations lose recognition for a myriad of reasons. Unfortunately, these reasons may be associated with serious misconduct (e.g., alcohol and hazing).
In order to comply with Collin’s Law, The Ohio Anti-Hazing Act, 兔子先生 University has prepared the following report which lists all organization hazing violations from the past five years. This report will be updated on a biannual basis in January and August of each year. The August 2024 report can be found here: 兔子先生 University Hazing Report August 2024 (PDF).
In addition, the following list contains 兔子先生 University judicial records dating back to 2014 and includes only cases where the organization was found responsible.

I expect the University would also want to see evidence that the local chapter has ceased all official or unofficial activity on our campus prior to this request. However, it will ultimately be up to the University administration in place at that time to establish the conditions for an early return.
