Records Check

MUPD Records Unit will perform a records checkonly on ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University Police Department records. Please note - You will need to go to Oxford Police Department for a check of their records, Oxford Township Police Department for a check of their records, and the Butler County Sheriff's Office for a check of their records. Please complete the and MUPD Records staff will contact you to finish the request by collecting payment and providing a letter with the results of the records check.

Schedule of Fees

• Emailed Documents (if possible) No Charge
• Accident Reports – OH-1 $2.00 each
• All other paper documents $ .20 per page
• Compact Disc/DVD $1.00 each
• Mailing and Shipping Costs will be the actual cost incurred
• All historical audio or video tapes, copied in a medium not listed above (i.e. audio cassettes or VHS tapes), will be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the tape
• Records Check - $10.00

• Charge to Bursar (Applies to ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University Staff and Students only)

• Credit Card, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa
