Required Forms

Current ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University students can view their required forms on the Home tab in . Missing requirements will delay payment of financial aid and could disrupt your enrollment. For this reason, it is important to complete these requirements as soon as possible.

Students can complete and review the status of their submitted forms in their ’s Requirements to Finalize Aid section.

If you are a dependent student, some forms may require your parent or guardian’s signature. Once you add your parent or guardian as an authorized user, they will receive an email with login information to the portal. Authorized users can access their student’s required forms on the .
