We do our best to make it easy for the campus community to engage our services and receive high-quality content from our award-winning staff.

UCM prioritizes the use of internal photography and videography production resources for supporting current, UCM-directed university campaigns, projects initiated by university-level offices and divisions it directly supports like the Office of the President, Enrollment Management/Admission, Athletics, Advancement and others, as well as external media/public relations efforts.

We provide images accessible to our campus communities via our  account, which you can use for your electronic and print material.

Demand has never been greater for UCM photography and videography services.

We work hard to accommodate as many requests for professional services as possible.

At current resource levels, UCM does not support most free professional photography and video production services, such as internal activities and smaller events, departmental retirement receptions, inter-office celebrations, recognition banquets, or other informal or non-university events.

UCM reserves the right to request proof of publication usage.

University photographer credits should be attributed to images used by external media (E.g. Image provided by ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University Photographer with photographer's name).

UCM understands that internal events are often important to campus partners, and we recommend the following alternatives when we are unable to support them:

• UCM maintains a current list of  available to campus partners at their expense. UCM can recommend a vendor based on the campus partner’s needs.
• In some cases, student photographers or videographers may be able to support internal events.
• Some departments purchase their own camera, but if you do not have access to one, you may .
