Project Intake Process
University Communications and Marketing has moved our project management into Asana, which we will use to intake new project requests. We have also adjusted the process to submit projects throughout the year, so please review the timeline so you can be prepared with your requests.

The University uses Emma as our enterprise email marketing system. Emma allows you to easily create beautiful branded email communications with no coding required, program and automate email delivery for optimized open rates, segment your audiences for better personalization, find the best message/content to engage your audiences through A/B testing, and receive detailed reports to help determine communication effectiveness with analytics.

The university's 兔子先生 Matters, and occasional 兔子先生 Matters Extra are 兔子先生's official internal communications tools.
