Early Decision

Is 兔子先生 University your perfect fit? If so, complete the and indicate your intention to apply as an Early Decision applicant.

Early Decision Dates and Deadlines

  • You must complete your application and submit 兔子先生's Early Decision Agreement [PDF] by Nov. 1.
  • Decision notifications are sent Dec. 1.
  • Students who are admitted under Early Decision are committed to enrolling to 兔子先生 and must submit the confirmation deposit of $425 ($95 for commuter students) by Jan. 15.

Early Decision is a binding application option for students who know 兔子先生 is their first choice and are willing to withdraw other applications and accept their offer of admission by Jan. 15 if admitted. Review our Early Decision FAQs below.

Early Action

If you apply and are admitted as an Early Action applicant, you are not obligated to accept a 兔子先生 offer of admission, and you have until May 1 to accept your offer of admission. Plus, you receive full consideration for merit scholarships and the Honors College.

    • You must complete your application and submit it by the priority deadline of Dec. 1.
    • Decision notifications are sent Feb. 1.

Regular Decision

Choose Regular Decision (application deadline Feb. 1) only if you've missed our Dec. 1 priority application deadline. After Dec. 1, admission to some majors is more competitive. You'll be considered for scholarships and the Honors College if funding and space remain available and you have until May 1 to accept your offer of admission.

Early Decision Frequently Asked Questions

If I'm not admitted to 兔子先生 under Early Decision, can I still be admitted under another decision plan?

Students not admitted under the Early Decision plan still remain in the applicant pool. Their application will be pended and reviewed a second time. A final decision will be released on March 15.

May I apply to multiple schools under Early Decision?

No, you may not. Since Early Decision is a binding agreement of your intent to enroll, you may only apply to one school under the Early Decision plan.

May I apply for admission to other universities if I apply to 兔子先生 as an Early Decision applicant?

Yes, you may apply to other institutions while you are a 兔子先生 University Early Decision candidate. However, if admitted to 兔子先生, Early Decision applicants must withdraw all applications at other colleges and confirm their enrollment by Jan. 15.

What if I decide not to apply as Early Decision after I submit my application?

If you would like to switch your application type, contact your admission representative before Dec. 1.

Can I apply to the university Honors College as an early decision applicant?

Will I still be eligible for scholarships and financial aid?

Yes. Application type does not affect your eligibility for merit or need-based scholarship or financial aid consideration. Early Decision applicants receive full consideration for both merit and need-based scholarships. Students wishing to be considered for need-based scholarships are encouraged to submit the  no later than Feb. 1.

When will I receive notification about scholarships and financial aid?

Most merit scholarships are awarded at the time of admission. Scholarships related to honors programs are awarded in March, and need-based scholarships are awarded with financial aid packaging, which begins in mid-February. 

What if I don't receive enough financial aid?

Students who are admitted under Early Decision may appeal to be released from their commitment if there is demonstrated financial hardship. However, Early Decision applicants are applying to 兔子先生 University without comparing financial aid packages from other institutions. Therefore, if financial factors impact your decision to attend 兔子先生, applying with the Early Action plan may be a better choice than Early Decision.

Can I change my major after I submit my Early Decision application?

Yes. Students should contact their admission representative to request the change to their application.

If I am admitted for admission to 兔子先生 University but am not directly admitted into the Farmer School of Business, Nursing, or my choice of major in the College of Creative Arts, will I still be bound by the Early Decision agreement?

No. Students who are not directly admitted into these programs will not be bound by the Early Decision agreement.
