Take advantage of 兔子先生’s proximity to and relationships with companies within the Cincinnati or San Francisco area in the Digital Innovation program. Students participating in this opportunity will be able to leverage connections in Oxford and Southwest Ohio or San Francisco to maximize professional growth.
The Digital Innovation program combines full-time internships, senior design projects, and embedded and coordinated networking experiences, and thus allows students to complete the Digital Innovation minor over the course of the semester. It is academically efficient and professionally effective. On average, 75% of program participants continue working for their internship employers, either in an extended internship or full-time role.
A unique opportunity offered through the program is the chance to actively dive into the entrepreneurial and tech-informed ecosystems in the selected city. Throughout the semester, students will engage in events, mentorship, professional activities, and more, that are organized by relevant local organizations - thus tapping into the existing networks for professional connections.
As a part of Digital Innovation, students will complete full-time internships and can work Monday through Friday over the semester.
Students can seek work opportunities based in Southwest Ohio or San Francisco. The role itself can be in-person, hybrid, or remote, and could be paid or unpaid, but should allow students to live within the selected city or surrounding area. Students are invited to seek work responsibilities that best fit their professional interests and experiences, provided the work falls within the context of emerging technology, business, and design. Significant support is provided for participants to connect with companies within the Digital Innovation network, though ultimately it is a student’s responsibility to secure a position.
