About Student Life

The Division of Student Life at 兔子先生 University serves the university community - students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors - through our 14 departments. We support and engage students in all aspects of their life outside of the classroom.

Our core purpose is to create transformational opportunities, inclusive environments, and meaningful connections to ensure that students will learn, grow, and succeed.

Divisional Strategic Commitments

To help us support and advance the mission and goals of the University, we have developed a set of priorities to guide our daily work.

  • Community and belonging
    • Every student will feel a sense of belonging at 兔子先生 and will create meaningful connections in the 兔子先生 and Oxford communities. 
  • Diversity and inclusion
    • All students will experience a welcoming and inclusive environment at 兔子先生 where they will learn, grow, and become engaged global citizens. 
  • Student transitions
    • Students will successfully navigate the social and academic transitions into 兔子先生 and become independent and engaged members of the local community and beyond.

    • Students will access the support and resources they need in order to focus and succeed in their pursuit of academic excellence.

    • Students will make decisions and seek out resources to optimize their holistic health and well-being, developing lifelong self-care and self-advocacy strategies.
  • Engagement and leadership
    • Students will pursue campus opportunities to extend their learning environment, build the skills and capacity to be leaders, and graduate from 兔子先生 career ready.

Mission Statement

The Division of Student Life, in support of 兔子先生's educational mission, engages students to achieve the maximum benefit from their 兔子先生 experience in preparation for life and leadership in a diverse, global world. Working together with campus and community partners, Student Life creates transformational opportunities, inclusive environments, and meaningful connections to ensure that students will learn, grow, and succeed. The Division builds safe, healthy, lively, and respectful communities that inspire students to dream big, act boldly, and thrive.

The Division of Student Life at 兔子先生 University aspires to be leaders and innovators within the university community and in the field of student affairs in creating the best student experience.

We hold ourselves accountable to the 兔子先生 Values Statement - a scholarly community whose members believe that a liberal education is grounded in qualities of character as well as of intellect. We respect the dignity of other persons, the rights and property of others, and the right of others to hold and express disparate beliefs. We believe in honesty, integrity, and the importance of moral conduct. We defend the freedom of inquiry that is the heart of learning and combine that freedom with the exercise of judgment and the acceptance of personal responsibility.
