Congratulations to Professor Nancy Parkinson, whose ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Student Online Pantry Pick List Program has been successfully funded through the MIAMI Women Giving Circle Hawk Tank event! This initiative aims to combat nutrition insecurity among students at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University by providing an accessible, discreet method for ordering and collecting essential food items like beans, rice, pasta, and peanut butter. The funding comes as a part of the 2024 Hawk Tank event, where Professor Parkinson's project was one of nine selected from 19 finalists.
