In 2009, 兔子先生 University adopted MU-Lean as a business strategy which is a systematic method for eliminating waste within processes. As our strategy matured, 兔子先生 University continuously found innovative ways to deliver services efficiently, while maintaining the high-quality services expected. Continuous improvement, with Lean as one of its tools, draws on our collective talent and knowledge to maximize the services we provide and minimize waste and inefficiency, ensuring every action we take adds value to our students.

Purpose

Continuous Improvement methodologies are designed to empower employees to actively participate in capturing and developing ideas and transforming that vision into a positive change for the customer.
