Real Estate
The major in Real Estate teaches theoretical and practical aspects of real estate, including development, investment, financing, and management. The general objectives are to teach the principles of real estate, to explain unique aspects of real estate as an asset class for ownership and investment, and to prepare you for future responsibilities in real estate.

Fall Only Courses: GEO 451 is typically Fall only, GEO 467 is offered every other Fall (will be offered Fall 2025)

- The Urban and Regional Analysis Minor is not open to Real Estate Majors.
