Performing Arts

The Performing Arts—dance, theatrical, and musical—serve as a window through which to view ideas, cultures, art forms, as well as a mirror in which we reflect upon ourselves, our history, our own culture.

Performing Arts Series

From September through April each year, our popular Performing Arts Series presents an eclectic selection of dance, theatre, and musical performances by companies and artists from all over the world.

Enjoy a breathtaking musical or theatrical performance—or schedule an audition! Non-majors are welcome in 50+ arts-related organizations. At 兔子先生, the Arts are for Everyone!

Visual Arts

From gallery and museum exhibitions to laboratories and studio work, 兔子先生's Visual Arts programs offer a variety of creative activities, academic opportunities, and events.

Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum

The 兔子先生 University Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum houses five galleries of changing exhibitions and a growing permanent collection of over 17,000 artworks. In addition to its historic and contemporary exhibitions, the Museum features three acres of scenic sculpture park grounds.

Hiestand Galleries

The Hiestand Galleries in Hiestand Hall function as visual laboratories that extend the classroom by providing exhibition opportunities for projects and studio work as well as professional guest artists.

Art Center

Located in Phillips Hall, 兔子先生 University's Art Center offers students, faculty, staff and community members a variety of opportunities to engage in creative activities. Facilities include a ceramics/pottery studio, digital photo lab, wood shop, and metals/jewelry/glass studio.

Cage Gallery

The Alumni Hall Cage Gallery showcases student and faculty work, highlights on- and off-campus educational experiences, and exhibits the work of prominent architects, designers, and scholars—often in conjunction with the departmental lecture series.

Culture
