Mega Fair is ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University’s student involvement fair, designed to help you explore the wide variety of student organizations, clubs, and campus resources available. This exciting event is your chance to discover new interests, meet organization leaders, and find your place in our vibrant campus community. Whether you're looking to join a group that aligns with your academic goals, hobbies, or social interests, Mega Fair has something for everyone.

What to Expect

At Mega Fair, you’ll find hundreds of student organizations, each eager to welcome new members. From cultural groups and service organizations to academic clubs and recreational sports teams, there’s no shortage of opportunities to get involved. Each organization will have a table where you can learn more about their mission, upcoming events, and how to join.

• Engage with Student ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú: Talk directly with current members and leaders to get a feel for the organization’s vibe and activities. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or express your interests—they’re there to help you find the right fit!
• Collect Information: Pick up flyers, brochures, and sign-up sheets. Many organizations offer opportunities to sign up for their email lists, so you can stay informed about future meetings and events.
• Freebies and Giveaways: Many tables will offer free swag and other goodies!

Making the Most of Mega Fair

• Come Prepared: Make a list of organizations you’re interested in beforehand, but also keep an open mind—you might discover something new that catches your eye! Review the Mega Fair map and search by category or organization to make a plan to visit organizations you're interested in.
• Bring a Friend: Attending with a friend can make the experience more enjoyable, and you might discover shared interests.
• Follow Up: After the fair, take the time to follow up with the organizations that interested you. Attend their first meeting or event to see if it’s a good fit for you.

Meet with an Involvement Seal Ambassador

SEAL Ambassadors are available to assist students looking for a way to become involve during their college career and to help students find their place at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University. The SEAL Ambassadors will meet with students to discuss interests, major, high school involvement, and more as they explore opportunities of campus involvement. Additionally, the SEAL Ambassadors will show students how to maximize the "interest matching features" of  to find organizations and events that may interest them.
