1. Open the GET app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Unlink Mobile Wallet ID.
4. Tap Unlink when prompted (This will unlink your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID from your old device).
5. Close the app and reopen the app.
6. In the right-hand corner of the ID you will see an “Add to” Apple Wallet or Google Wallet symbol.
7. Tap the symbol.
8. Tap Accept.
9. Tap Accept & Continue.
10. You may be prompted to look at your ID in your Apple/Google wallet (this is not a necessary step).
11. Close and reopen the GET App.
12. Your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID is ready for use.

If you receive a message on your phone that says "Could not add card" it likely means someone else's iCloud account is active on your phone and a different user has already issued a credential using the same iCloud account. It could also mean that your Digital ID is loaded to a different (old) phone or Apple watch. You must revoke that card or create/login with a different iCloud account.

If someone else's AppleID is active on your phone, you should create a new one for yourself. After you do that, you'll be able to add your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú DigitalID to your personal AppleID.

If you already are using your correct personal Apple ID, you will need to unlink the incorrect card from the wallet by following these steps:

1. Open the GET app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Unlink Mobile Wallet ID.
4. Tap Unlink when prompted (This will unlink your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID from your old device).
5. Close the app and reopen the app.
6. In the right-hand corner of the ID you will see an “Add to” Apple Wallet or Google Wallet symbol.
7. Tap the symbol.
8. Tap Accept.
9. Tap Accept & Continue.
10. You may be prompted to look at your ID in your Apple/Google wallet (this is not a necessary step).
11. Close and reopen the GET App.
12. Your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID is ready for use.

Use Find My iPhone to suspend or deactivate your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú ID in Apple Wallet. Instructions for Lost/Found Apple devices and Find My iPhone are located at 

1. Open the GET app.

If you cannot find your phone, then you should follow the steps for reporting a lost/stolen ID. This webpage also has a link to our page with information about getting a replacement physical ID if needed.

1. Go to Settings - Wallet & Apple Pay - Look under "Other Cards" - confirm the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID has been removed.
2. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone. You can do this on the old or new device.
3. Click on your name on the top of the menu.
4. Scroll down to the list of devices and select the OLD iPhone or Apple Watch (you can see the model version under the name).
5. Scroll down and select Remove All Cards.
6. Once the cards are removed (this may take a moment), close/reopen the GET app and you will be able to add the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID to your new device.

Sometimes a software update, or new app on your iPhone can cause your digital ID to stop working properly. These cases are rare, but when they do occur, it's usually fixed by following the steps below.

1. Open the GET app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Unlink Mobile Wallet ID.
4. Tap Unlink when prompted (This will unlink your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID from your device).
5. Close the app and reopen the app.
6. In the right hand corner of the ID you will see an “Add to” Apple Wallet or Google Wallet symbol.
7. Tap the symbol.
8. Tap Accept.
9. Tap Accept & Continue.
10. You may be prompted to look at your ID in your Apple/Google wallet (this is not a necessary step).
11. Close and reopen the GET App.
12. Your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID should be ready for use.
13. Test your Digital ID on a nearby reader. If it still does not work, then you may need to get a physical ID card. This page has information on how to get a card.  If this occurs outside of normal business hours, the website also has information for how to get a temporary access card.

1. iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later devices running iOS 12 or later.
2. Apple Watch Series 1 and later devices running WatchOS 5 or later.
3. You cannot have the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID on both an Android and an Apple device.

The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID features the “Express Mode” transaction experience. For ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú ID readers, a user is able to approach the reader with a dark screen on their iPhone or Apple Watch without needing to authenticate via Face ID or Touch ID. When you add your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID to Apple Wallet, Express Mode is turned on by default.

If you don’t want to use Express Mode, you can turn it off. Open Wallet, tap your ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Digital ID, navigate to the Express Mode on/off button.
