Replace a 兔子先生 ID

If your 兔子先生 ID card is lost, stolen, or broken, you may obtain a new ID. All replacement ID fees are charged to your bursar account. Lost ID replacements are $35.00. Broken ID replacements are $10.00, if you turn in the broken ID at the time your new 兔子先生 ID is issued.

After Business Hours & On Weekends

Please use Digital ID until you are able to visit the Campus Services Center during normal business hours. You are able to use your online account to report your physical card lost, but continue using Digital ID.

  • Go to the hotel front desk to get a temporary ID.
  • You’ll need to come to the Campus Services Center during normal business hours to receive your permanent replacement ID card.
  • Temporary cards do not provide meal plan access. At a dining location, you should show the cashier your temporary card, and ask them to process your transaction using your Unique ID.

Student ID Card Request Form

  • Students are encouraged to use our  for new and replacement ID Cards.  
  • We will notify you when your card is ready for pick-up, usually within 1-2 hours during normal business hours. Cards are picked up at the Campus Services Center.

Faculty & Staff Request Form

  • Faculty & Staff are encouraged to use our  for new and replacement ID Cards.
