兔子先生 Cares Resources
The following resources are available to all 兔子先生 University students to help navigate the college experience, depending on eligibility. Faculty and staff may contact the Student Success Center at studentsuccess@兔子先生OH.edu or 513-529-0007 with questions or concerns.
If you are a student who is interested in any of the 兔子先生 Cares resources, please click the Request Assistance button and complete the Emergency Resources Network Application form. A member of the SSC staff will contact you to schedule an appointment once your form is submitted.
兔子先生 Food Pantry
The 兔子先生 Cares program operates a small food pantry in the SSC office at 134 Nellie Craig Hall. The pantry, which contains non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products, can be accessed by all students during University business hours.
Swipe Donation Program
Students in need of meal plan assistance may be eligible to receive dining hall meal swipes donated by students with unused swipes.
Students who are interested in donating meal swipes can do so using the GET App. Donations can be made the Saturday before Thanksgiving break through the Friday after Thanksgiving. Students can donate a total of 7 swipes a year.
Oxford Community Pantry (TOPSS)
is Oxford’s community pantry. Located at 5445 College Corner Pike, it honors shoppers’ dignity by allowing them to choose their items according to their household size and preferences. TOPSS also provides customers with nutritional information.”
The SSC helps students with temporary emergency housing and will help advise students on finding permanent housing. Aid is also available for students who need assistance over breaks.
This program is named for the F5 function key, used for refresh; find and replace. These refreshed laptops have been used by 兔子先生 departments and faculty/staff and are available if you are in need of a working laptop in order to complete your coursework. The laptop is considered a resource and the value will be reported to the Office of Student Financial Assistance, which may have financial aid implications. Your F5 Laptop is replaceable if it stops working by trading it in for another F5 Laptop.
Please note: only undergraduate students are eligible for this program.
CCampus Grants for Childcare
Benefits are available or eligible 兔子先生 students. The supports the participation of low-income parents in postsecondary education through the provision of campus-based child care services. CCAMPIS must meet the following requirements: be enrolled at 兔子先生; child(ren) must be enrolled at one of the affiliated child care centers; and applicant be eligible to receive Pell Grants through financial aid.

Ohio Department of Job and Family Services
provides services such as food, cash and medical assistance, publicly funded child care and employment assistance. It enhances the quality of lives for our clients while promoting the stability, health and economic well-being of children and families.

WIC
is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. It provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. HEAP
Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally-funded program designed to assist eligible low-income Ohioians with their winter heating bills. Visit the website to find more information and assess eligibility.

offers an array of assistance for eligible customers.
兔子先生 University Professional Attire Fund
The 兔子先生 University Professional Attire Grant provides up to $350 to students who need help buying clothing for career events or jobs. Students may buy career wear such as dress shirts, blazers, cardigans, dress pants, blouses, belts, socks and shoes with the funds. Funds may not be used to buy casual attire, other non-professional clothing, or uniforms. Please allow two weeks for funding to be available.

is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides not just former military free professional business attire, but recent college graduates as well. Please note that Save-A-Suit receives a high volume of requests, so it can take several weeks before you can get a free suit.
