Guide to Navigate Student

is a great resource for 兔子先生 University students from year one through graduation. From Navigate Student you can:

  • Make an appointment: Instantly schedule a meeting with your academic advisor
  • Set alerts and reminders: Turn on notifications to keep track of important deadlines and stay on top of your to-do list
  • Locate campus resources: Connect to resources across campus, from support offices to student organizations 
  • Sync your class schedule with your phone calendar: See your whole schedule in one calendar view
  • Find Study Buddies: Start or join a study group with other students from your classes
  • View Holds: Access instructions for how to resolve holds that may impact your class registration

When you log into Navigate Student for the first time, you will be asked to answer three quick questions. Please do so completely and honestly so you are sent information tailored to your needs.

Help! Why can’t I log into Navigate Student?

You will use your 兔子先生 single sign-on credentials to access Navigate. If your credentials are not working,  for assistance.

If you can log into Navigate, but the system says you do not have access, email eabhelp@兔子先生OH.edu to request that your Navigate Account be reactivated. Make sure to provide your Unique ID and/or Banner ID in your email.

I just resolved a hold, but it’s still showing up!

Information like holds are updated every 24 hours in Navigate Student. Check back the next day to see if the hold is showing as resolved. If it is not, contact the office you worked with to confirm that the hold was resolved. If it was, contact eabhelp@兔子先生OH.edu to have the hold removed from your Navigate Student account.

If you would like to check the live-status of your holds, you can do so in Banner Self Service.

My class schedule doesn’t look right. Why?

Course schedules are updated every 24 hours in Navigate Student. Check back the next day to see if your courses have updated. If this problem continues after 24 hours, contact eabhelp@兔子先生OH.edu with this information.

How do I update my notifications and phone number in Navigate Student?

You can click on the “Account” option in Navigate Student to update your phone number and review your notification settings.
