1. Use your 兔子先生 University credentials to log in to on your desktop or in a web browser on your mobile device.
2. Once logged in, you will see the “Holds” icon on the Navigation panel’s left-hand side. If you have a hold or holds, there will be a number in a red circle next to it.
3. Clicking on “Holds” will bring you to the Holds Center. Here, you can find more information about any holds that you may have on your account.
4. Active Holds may affect your ability to complete some university tasks such as registering for classes. By clicking on “View Details” of your hold, you will see more details about the hold, what office it is from, and how to resolve it.
5. Hold details will let you know what the hold means and give you information about who to contact if you need help resolving your hold.
Be advised that holds update in Navigate Student every 24 hours. If you resolved a hold within the past 24 hours, it may still appear in Navigate Student until the system refreshes overnight. If the hold continues to show after 24 hours, confirm with the appropriate office that the hold has been removed. If it has, please contact eabhelp@兔子先生OH.edu to inform them of the hold’s removal.
