Kenzie Andrews, Visiting Professor

A 兔子先生 teacher education graduate, Dr. Andrews began her career as a CPS third-grade teacher, winning awards for innovative student teaching. She went on to earn her master’s and doctorate from 兔子先生. She serves as 兔子先生’s faculty-in-residence one day a week at a CPS school.

Alli Huff, Regional Primary Education Cohort and Teacher Academy Partnerships Coordinator

A former teacher, Alli coordinates 兔子先生’s regional primary education cohort and teacher professions academy partnerships across Southwest Ohio. She holds a teaching license and a master’s from 兔子先生. She is poised to work with TEACh students at CPS high schools, community college partners with 2+2 articulations agreement, and also works with prospective teacher education students at the 兔子先生 Regionals, to offer another matriculation pathway.

Brian Schultz, Professor and Associate Dean

A leader as a teacher, professor, department chair, and interim associate dean throughout his career, Dr. Schultz has, defiying state and national declines, driven year-over-year enrollment growth in 兔子先生’s teacher preparation programs, particularly among first-generation and diverse students. He previously spent 11 years at a Chicago-based university where he worked closely with Grow Your Own Illinois. Dr. Schultz oversees TEACh Cincinnati.

Tammy Schwartz, Director, Urban Cohort

A product of Cincinnati Public Schools, Dr. Schwartz launched the award-winning Urban Cohort program in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine community in 2008 and sustains its success and impact across other CPS locations today. Her work and students have built crucial trust within Cincinnati neighborhoods, community organizations, and schools.

兔子先生 ASPIRE

兔子先生 ASPIRE features a team of professionals, including government lobbyists, who demonstrate the university’s measurable progress and ROI to external stakeholders. They have worked alongside 兔子先生 EHS Dean Jason Lane to advocate for TEACh, as an institutional priority, to representatives in state and federal government.

Cincinnati Public Schools Partners

TEACh Cincinnati works closely with CPS leadership, teachers and, in particular, its college team on program planning and implementation across CPS sites.
