This program provides the chance to investigate multiple dimensions of health and fitness (e.g., exercise, nutrition, sleep, mental health) while meeting other first-year students. The program will include light to moderate physical activity, classroom sessions, and team building activities.

| Program cost | $195; plus the early arrival housing fee for four nights. The early-arrival housing fee of $44/night will be billed to the student's Bursar account. Students should also plan for most meals on their own. The program will provide one meal and snacks/drinks during certain activities. |

The program will include light to moderate physical activity, classroom sessions, and teambuilding activities. There will be sessions on nutrition, sleep, time management, exercise, mental health, and motivation. Activities will include yoga, cardio/strength, team fitness challenge, small group personal training, and trail hike.
