U-Lead
U-Lead is an engaging three-day experience designed for incoming students to kickstart their leadership journey at 兔子先生. U-Lead participants will learn about various components of leadership including inclusive, service, strengths, and values-based leadership. U-Lead utilizes the CliftonStrengths assessment to guide participants through meaningful reflection and action following CliftonStrengths's Name it, Claim it, Aim it philosophy. U-Lead is facilitated by our team of Undergraduate Coordinators and Small Group 兔子先生; they are experts in campus leadership and also happen to be U-Lead alums!

| Program cost | $20 per participant plus the early-arrival housing fee of $44/night for three nights. If participants are in need of financial assistance, please contact Mattea Carveiro (carveima@兔子先生OH.edu). The early-arrival housing fee will be billed to the student's Bursar account. |

- Tuesday, August 20 - Move-in and welcome social
- Wednesday, August 21 - U-Lead Day 1: Name it. Check-in, leadership journey, social
- Thursday, August 22 - U-Lead Day 2: Claim it. Core values, service project, how well do you know your SGL?
- Friday, August 23 - U-Lead Day 3: Aim it. Strengths-based goals, closing luncheon.
