兔子先生 University requires all University employees who become aware of alleged discrimination or harassment to report it in order to promote a University environment free from discrimination and harassment and to promote equal employment opportunity. 兔子先生 University prohibits discrimination and harassment based on the aforementioned Protected Classes in accordance with the applicable laws, executive orders and University policies (see below).

Applicable Laws, Executive Orders and University Policies

The section of the landmark Civil Rights Act that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs or activities which receive federal financial assistance.

The section of the landmark Civil Rights Act that protects employees against discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, and religion.

Executive Order 11246 requires affirmative action and prohibits federal contractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Contractors also are prohibited from discriminating against applicants or employees because they inquire about, discuss, or disclose their compensation or that of others, subject to certain limitations.

Federal law that prohibits employment discrimination against persons 40 years of age or older.

A section of federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in programs or activities which receive federal financial assistance.

Federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in programs or activities which receive federal financial assistance.

: Requires affirmative action and prohibits employment discrimination by Federal government contractors and subcontractors with contracts of more than $10,000.

Federal law that prohibits federal contractors from discriminating in employment against protected veterans and requires employers take affirmative action to recruit, hire, promote, and retain these individuals. Protected veterans include disabled veterans, recently separated veterans, active duty wartime or campaign badge veterans, and Armed Forces service medal veterans.

Federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.

Federal law that Amends Title VII of the Civil Rights Act to also prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of pregnancy.

Federal law that protects individuals with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations, and communications.

Federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of genetic information with respect to health insurance and employment.

State law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age, or ancestry with regard to employment, public accommodation, and housing.

State executive order that prohibits discrimination among state employees on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin (ancestry), military status (past, present or future), disability, age (40 years or older), status as a parent during pregnancy and immediately after the birth of a child, status as a parent of a young child, status as a nursing mother, status as a foster parent, genetic information, or sexual orientation.

State executive order defining antisemitism for the purposes of determining whether an alleged act was motivated by discriminatory antisemitic intent.

This policy governs the process for reporting, investigating and resolving reports of harassment and discrimination based on protected class.

Sexual Misconduct Protocol for Employees and Other Non-Students

兔子先生 University policy that prohibits sexual misconduct, including Title IX violations and other non-Title IX sexual misconduct (sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual exploitation) by employees and other non-students. It provides information about reporting violations, available support and resources and governs the process for reporting, investigating and resolving reports.

Sexual Misconduct Protocol for Students

兔子先生 University policy that prohibits student sexual misconduct, including Title IX violations and other non-Title IX sexual misconduct (sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual exploitation). It provides information about reporting violations, available support and resources and governs the process for reporting, investigating and resolving reports. (Please note that the Division of Student Life processes sexual misconduct complaints involving students.)

University Statement of Non-Discrimination

This policy prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, genetic information, military status, national origin (ancestry), pregnancy, race, religion, sex/gender, status as a parent or foster parent, sexual orientation or protected veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, programs or employment practices. The policy also identifies and provides contact information for the Title IX, ADA and Section 504 Coordinators for the University.

 

Annual Affirmative Action Plan
